Which Gear?

Hi im new to incgamers Heres my question : Which should i wear for my MF ice Sorc Blizzard lvl 84 N-L USEast

Should i wear Full Tal + War traveler (boot) + chance guard (glove) + lidless wall(shield) + Nagel Ring +dwarf star

or

Shako + occy + lidless wall + enigma + war traveler + chance guard + nagel + dwarf? or should i get something else for mf ice blizzard

thanks for reading.|||Either set of gear will kill things just fine and give you good mf. This thread discusses Tal's vs other gear set ups. His analysis suggests Tal's is best bang for your buck. If you had Death's Fathom and/or Nightwing's Veil, things might be different.|||The non-Tal setup gives more damage and MF but it's fairly marginal. I would go for Tal's as your other setup has virtually no resists.|||i'd go full tals for a whole bunch of reasons.

not least of which is i can't stand the random teleport on the Occy.|||Full tals is more expensive though.
