ES sorc question

Hi,

Just have a little question regarding ES sorcs. Is "Cannot Be Frozen" mod important for these also? Can you be frozen when using ES?

If yes, is it worth it using a cham in either body armor / helm ?|||Yes you can be frozen but it doesn't matter -- being frozen doesn't affect your cast rate, just your run/walk rate, which is not a serious problem since you can teleport faster than you can run whether frozen or not.

It is not worth it to socket a cham anywhere--you don't need can't be frozen.|||The only exception there is if you're an ES melee sorc. Melee sorcs need CBF since being frozen DOES affect your attack speed, though not your casting speed.

But even then, you're probably better off using a Ravenfrost for CBF+dex+AR and socketing with something other than Cham.|||Depends on budget
