Best PvM Sorceress Guide?

Hey, how's it going?

My girlfriend and I would like to start playing Diablo 2 together when the ladder resets. We haven't seriously played the game in a very, very long time, so we'd like some help if possible.

I'm basically looking for a magic-find Sorceress guide that doesn't use super high-end items, though I'd like to be somewhat decent outside of the magic find game as well. She'll be using a PvM Paladin and be my tank of sorts.

Can someone recommend me a guide or two? Thank you very much,

I'm leaning towards Meteorb Guide (3rd ed) by sasja. Will that build work for what I want? Is it outdated now (it was written over six years ago).

ViC|||That guid was accurate a few months back when I used it to build my meteorber. 1.13 has since been released but not a huge amount changed.|||If you two want to play together, then why not chosing a pure build each of you? You could use a pure Blizzard and she a pure Lightning for example. If you want to stick with a dual element build I would vouch for sasja's guide on Meteorb. It's still valid, the only thing I would add on it, is the fact, now widely accepted that the Full Tal Rasha Set is the best equipment you should put on a Meteorber...|||hybrids do low low damage without good items|||Make pure blizz sorc!!! I know this is supposed to be a magic find Sorceress, but I would like to be strong enough to fight other monsters as well. Would the "Budget Meph Quest Blizz Sorc" guide juju linked to be good enough to do other parts of Hell difficulty as well?

Also, the quest drop thing that helvete pointed out in the guide regarding not killing Mephisto so that I can get better drops is still relevant, right?
