Gosh, I wonder what chr I will be forced to play as the ladder resets? Sorc, obviously, as the game apparantly rewards us for skipping 99% of the content by teleing. Normally, I hate playing cookie cutters, but after a decade of slowly walking to the Chaos Sanc manually, I am finally giving in and playing a teleing sorc so I can just do the seals and Diablo, thus making my ladder crawl easier. Everyone has a breaking point.
Ok, so what do you people do in order to ensure safe teleing in crowded places like Chaos Sanc? Pick out the combinations of things you employ from this list:
-max block?
-one point in shiver armor?
-FHR? How much? Needed at all?
-105 FCR vs 200?
-faster block rate? Needed at all?
-any other tactics, like the art of knowing where to click when teleing ?
My goal is to never die (or even better, never take a hit) when teleing. As we all know, you can lose a lot of exp in later levels and get naked with a stranded bod from dieing in a mob surrounded by other skipped mobs.
So if I have 200 FCR, does this alone ensure I will never take a hit when teleing? Or, if I use 105 FCR, what else do I need to ensure safety?
And, is a bit of lag an automatic death sentence while teleing?|||I'm using a simple vitality build. The important points are FHR and FCR. 200 fcr is an overkill in my opinion, you're sacrificing too much just to be one frame faster. 86/142 fhr is easily attainable and it is faster than blocking (without fbr).
That's all assuming you're using a spirit monarch. There are blocking shields (basically visceratuant and stormshield) you can use, too, but that's sacrificing firepower for survivability.
You can also try mana shield, but I really have no experience with it, so don't take this advice for granted

Also, why the heck would you teleport on Lord Dr. Seus and his fanatic powered pawns...? That sounds like a flawed strategy
