Memory base

[:1]what do you need for a memory base to be good ?

I have a:

3 energy shield

1 thunderstorm

1 enchant

is it good enough to burn a socket quest on ?|||that would be perfect for my enchantress, it's got +3 es which is all you need the + enchant can be useful for your merc and the thunderstrorm is a bonus.|||anything with 3 energy shield works. Something that also has (for example) 3 shiver armor is pretty much godly, but sort of ridiculously hard to get.|||Yeah i was thinking something along those lines, as all the skills are atleast semi viable.

My mf sorc always uses enchant on her merc and thunderstorm well it doesnt hurt
