Started ladder like a week ago, was a bit late this reset. soon 80+ wich mean I can start grabbing gear/runes and do fun stuff.
Im currently leveling a paladin (going zeal/1point smiter for ubers, love that build) and I know he will easily get his hands on the cheap gear thats needed to solo ubertrist/uberdia (if uberdia appears at all these days)
All dandy and fine.. if you dont count that I usually have issues (timeconsuming as hell also) to get my hands on the keys.
I only had a frost-sorc befor for MFing, blizzard, so I dont know too much about em, even thou I played d2 since the release more or less.
What immunitys might the 3 keyholders get?
Should I run two spells as main, or focus on one?
What combination?
I dont care if the build blows on EVERYTHING else.. really, im poor and it wont change in a heartbeat since I dont bot or neither do I buy items from real cash, so I need to be effective on one thing.
Should I aim for the best build vs Nilh only and trade for other keys?
Whats the price-avarage (in pgs/runes) for keyset of x3?
Lots of questions, sorry.

Cheers
/Robbin.|||see my post in this thread, i'll give you the same advice i gave that guy:
http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/s...d.php?t=788746
as for your other questions:
countess is always fire and cold immune. nihl has random immunities and random mobs with various immunities, but there's always a mob of cold immunes. summoner is immune to nothing.
If you only kill nihl you'll get temp banned for creating games too fast. although trading dkeys for extra other keys isn't a bad idea... you should do nihl every game and do the other keymobs if you need to make sure you don't get tempbanned.
3 keysets go for ~ist although i guess it depends on realm.|||cheers.

But I tend to die a lot OR not finding the way down, so for me the max-timer is not an issue.. or most of the time it aint.

How is the teleport-cost/mana/manaregen going to work toward endgame?
Will I still have to chunk manapots like its no tomorrow while teleporting around?|||Giving your merc an insight weapon will solve any mana problems you may have had.|||Don't use a merc for nihlathak until you're geared, it's too dangerous with the poison spray bug* and the corpse explosion and he'll die anyway.
for those that don't know, if you have a merc (or a pet) and you both get hit by the tomb viper poison spray, it'll glitch out and do massive amounts of phsyical damage. Also your merc doesn't have rest in peace so if he kills a mob you can get corpse exploded by nihl. Using a merc for nihl is generally a bad idea until you get infinity in which case you can just one shot everything.
as for mana problems, just chugging mana pots like no tomorrow is the best strategy. If you run out of pots, town portal then buy some more.
FYI the nihl dungeon map is easy to navigate, there's only three possible maps for the halls of pain so you can memorize them to know exactly where the stairway down is from the wp. Also there's blue walls in the halls of vaught that indicate which way nihl is so you always know where he is... just google it to get more info about that.|||Quote:

Which is why for my key runner, I give his merc Rest in Peace. Lawbringer + GLad Bane + Vamp Gaze, he pretty much gets it all: MDR, PDR, life leech, RIP, plus I normally socket an Um and Sol in there so he gets resists plus some more PDR.
Of course this might not be convenient for a Sorc key runner that wants Insight, since my above setup requires an Act5 Barb merc. But as mentioned by the above poster, if your Sorc uses Infinity you can probably Chain Lightning the entire room almost instantly =p|||Quote:

or just use the guide already posted on these very forums?
Nihlathak 1.0.1|||Yes I key run with my light sorc when I am on nl. They are the fastest key runners. But be careful when making it to nith. I cast alot of cl when the poison vipers are there and clear all those mean poison vipers.
