+i!+~ Lightning Sorceress Revisited ~+i!+

Had a few questions for the experts.

What areas is a Lightning/Chain Lightning sorc with Medium gear able to MF in Hell effectively?

The twist? WITHOUT infinity merc

I tried to find a list online of the areas without Lightning immunes, but had zero luck.|||You can effectively run Pindle, Nihlathak(harder area though, sometimes lightning immunes), Eldritch, Shenk, Mephisto, the Pit(with a decent merc to tackle archers), Countess(once again watch out for archers), Ancient Tunnels, Andariel. I think that's about it. Lightning Immunes will always be an issue without an Infinity Merc, but these areas are mostly easy enough to deal with even if they spawn Lightning Immunes.|||Great, thanks for clearing that up.|||Arcane Sanctuary was my favorite area for a no-infinity light sorc. IIRC it's alvl 84 and only the rare named mob will be light immune.

Get your hands on a lower resist wand and keep it on switch. Use the cube repair recipe if this gets too expensive. The lower resist wand will break some immunes and make bosses or other tough targets much softer.|||Forgot about Arcane. Good place. I found an Ohm there once.|||The ghosts have a very good chance to drop, uh, what was it? "High class" treasure? Runes/gems/rings/amulets/jewels I think. Just gotta kill them before they fly over a void.|||Make your targets count: Mephisto and Andariel die pretty fast if they're pre-cursed with Lower Resist charges, found on a wand you can shop.

Easier than those two, the Summoner in the Arcane Sanctuary and Countess in the tower are both easy to run.

When compared to these targets, "area runs" are grossly inefficient if you're seeking to build up wealth or your own characters.|||If your are on ladder: keyruns: Countess, Summoner, Nihlathak. Get a Nature's peace ring and your are good to go.

33= Ist.|||Countess + Shenk + Summoner + Nihlathak + Andariel + Mephisto

Do that combo and you are good to go.|||^ that, but minus nithalak, if you find him taking too long, if not, keyrunning is a good one - you should get about one keyset per hour and as for trade the price seems fairly stable.
