Best merc armor?

Question here is, what is the best merc armor? I've done a good amount of research, i think. I've concluded that a eth sacred armor with the runeword fortitude is the best. I am going to be a light sorc with infinity and vgaze or andys. So again, what is the best armor? the Eth SA with Fortitude? Or is there something else that's better.

You need to use andy's or some other str helmet if you want your merc to have enough str to use a sacred armor. If you'd rather use vgaze, you'll need to put the fort in something lighter than sacred armor.|||From what I read from other people, Fortitude is indeed the best armor for a merc.|||All depends on what you're doing.

I usualy prefer Gladiators bane over Fort but its char dependant some of my toons use for fort but Gladiator is usually superior imho.
